sizing chart was good & the size i selected fit well & doesn't slip downwards while running. drawstring also there as added slip prevention. side hip pockets a tight fit for a phone. didn't realize the back of the calf was sheer material. can't tell in the website catalogue picture. because of this, tights are good for spring/fall running but i wouldn't use it for winter unless paired with another layer.
Great fit with comfortable waist. They are a bit short if you are on the tall side
