Yes, there is a minimum commitment period of three months for our BlackToe Running monthly coaching and training memberships. We believe this duration allows you sufficient time to fully benefit from our programs and make significant progress towards your running goals.
We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel your BlackToe Running monthly coaching and training membership before the three-month commitment period, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you in the process and address any concerns you may have.
PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our BlackToe Running product subscriptions are designed to cater to the needs of runners who regularly purchase running products from us. By subscribing, you gain access to exclusive discounted rates and enjoy the convenience of managing your delivery frequencies, products, and quantities.
No, there is no minimum commitment for our product subscriptions.

You have the freedom to reschedule delivery dates, make changes to your product selection and quantities, and cancel your subscription any time after the first three orders. Certainly! We understand that your running needs may evolve over time. To customize the products included in your subscription, simply log into your account and access the subscription management section. There, you can easily make amendments to the products you wish to receive in your upcoming deliveries.
Rescheduling your product subscription is effortless. Log into your BlackToe Running account and navigate to the subscription management section. From there, you can conveniently adjust the dates for your upcoming orders according to your training schedule and preferences. You can also skip renewals, add/change products and change delivery address.
We recognize that circumstances may change, and your subscription requirements may evolve.
If you wish to cancel your product subscription any time after three or more renewals, you can do so by logging into your account and visiting the subscription management section.

If a product is available for subscription, the product page will show the subscription options clearly. Please follow the instructions on the product page to subscribe.
Our regular shipping policy applies to product subscriptions as well and so, we offer free shipping across Canada on all subscription orders and renewals $75 and above.
It should be noted that if you're ordering multiple subscription products with different delivery intervals / order frequencies together, they will process as one order the first time but may get divided into separate orders on renewal. Therefore, the shipping charges on subscription renewals may be different from what was paid for the initial order. Only those orders and renewals that are $75 and above receive Free Shipping.
COMBINING SUBSCRIPTIONS / CREATING BUNDLES
Yes, it is possible to order multiple subscription products at the same time. Subscription products with different delivery intervals / order frequencies will process as one order the first time but may get divided into separate orders on renewal. Only those subscription products that have the same order date, delivery interval / order frequency and shipping address get renewed as one order.
You can create your own bundle of products by placing an order for multiple subscription products together with the same delivery interval / order frequency. To receive Free Shipping every time, make sure the combined total price of all subscription products is $75 or above.
DISCOUNT CODES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer great value on our coaching / training memberships and already discounted prices on our product subscriptions. Therefore, no further discount codes or offers can be applied to our memberships / subscriptions.
