Save those legs for race day! Our first-ever custom Sprint(er) Expo Shuttle will run on Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th to take participants and their cheerleaders from the TCS Marathon Expo to BlackToe Running King Street West. Join the community (and carb-load with post-run doughnuts) on an easy 5K Shakeout Run along Toronto’s gorgeous waterfront trail. Our expert coaches will be pacing the run to answer your questions and provide unbeatable pep talks. For safety reasons, space is limited, so please register using our Eventbrite link below. If the event is full, feel free to join the waitlist—we often have last-minute spots open up!

We go BIG when it comes to fun! Keep your eyes peeled for Toronto’s biggest and best cheer station, which has been so massive in previous years that we’ve gotten in trouble for it—and then kept cheering anyway! We will be bright, loud, and full of surprises. Our cheer station is open to everyone, so if you want to send your family and friends over, they will be welcomed with open arms and plenty of props. How many high-fives will you collect?
