Shipping Update: We're Still Delivering at Race Pace!
Despite the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are actively shipping orders through alternative carriers to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly, but rest assured, we've got you covered!

Tracksmith's best-selling Women's Brighton Base Layer features an engineered Merino mesh that’s more open around your core, with a closed knit on the sleeves for a bit more warmth in your extremities. Designed specifically as a training base layer to be worn under a mid-layer or a jacket, but its seamless construction gives it a comfortable, flattering fit that’s not too tight to wear all by itself.

Product Highlights

  • The Miracle of Merino - Stunningly soft and not at all scratchy, Merino wicks moisture and regulates temperature just like animal hair. It’s almost completely impervious to odor, even if you never choose to wash it. Unlike synthetic wicking materials, Merino stays warm even when it’s wet. And it’s sustainable, too.
  • 16.5 Micron Merino Wool Blend
  • Constructed Seamlessly To Prevent Chafing

Light, warm and comfortable

I was hesitant to spend the money, but my running group said merino is worth it and they were not wrong. It does fit quite small. I always get a small and very comfortably fit a medium (snug shoulders, relaxed waist). It also pilled from my running vest after the first run but I suspect that’s more to do with the fact that it is wool, not synthetic. I love it. Would buy again in a different colour.

Beautifully warm

This base layer has been excellent on my night call runs. I am loving it! Been wearing it for days, however I am a little disappointed in how it easily is pulling since it’s brand new and very expensive. I am willing to put that aside as anything with wool generally has a tendency for that.

Highly recommend for running in colder temperatures
